I reported a patient that was sitting in a wheelchair with her pants pulled down to her knees & the staff responded with “ she always does that, she pulls her pants down everyday”.. The female staff member went back to work as if I reported NOTHING!!!!!
The staff here are friendly and the environment is lovely.
I hate this place. My dad was staying here and it feels like he’s more sick now than when he arrived. And they forced him to write a fake 5 star review on this place. The place is nasty and dirty, uncontrolled patients starting fires in their rooms. And also being denied medication. The director is lazy and rude.

I very happy with the service here at del Rosa villa I’m very happy with my CNAS EXTREMELY satisfied with my LVN GRACE she’s always on time with everything meaning meds she talks to me to see if I’m ok … the laundry lady Vanessa villela is also very good with my clothes always has my named tagged on them never lost any of my items the activity time is also very good I’m very happy with the hole place everyone in here are very nice and caring Thank you Del Rosa Villa

From the time I have arrived at The Del Rosa Villa the hole staff as far as nursing, housekeeping,custodial staff has been outstanding!! LVN’S,CNA”S,The Activities Crew ss well as Kitchen staff I give them all THREE SNAPS IN A “Z” FORMATION. I would like to say “THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP WITH MY RECOVERY ” MUCH LOVE TO YOU ALL!!!!

The activity department does very good with decorations for every holiday they cook different meals they are the best marketa take us out to the casino they have different activities for us to do they take us out shopping they go buy us supplies that we need they are wonderful they are very trustworthy and honest I love being here thank you for all you do.
They have a really good activity the ladies are wonderful Marketa,ty and Dawn help me that have a lot of good activities and for people that’s in the bed they come and bring supplies and they will bring you all your packages the maintenance department is one of them they’re always there to help out yeah especially Ernest Benny and Jaime
I like the activity Dept. Because they always have things for you to do to keep you busy I really love Bingo on Saturdays activities Dept. Always help me to play bingo there’s Dawn and Ty, marketa are always so helpful and they keep you busy with activities when you are bored. When Theresa was a LVN she was very help now she’s a DSD and I really miss how she always helped me when I needed it. CNA Monica that’s works 3 to 11 shift she is very helpful when ever I need something.
I love the activities people and the staff were always doing alot if things I’m liking being able to get out of my room

I love this facility the staff is very friendly and they care for their patients the place is very clean no smell and also the laundry is always perfect no stains washed and folded very nice maintenance is also on point.i rate them a 10 for excellent
The technology here is outdated. You have to pull an emergency string but sometimes they do not answer. Like the other comments, the nurses and staff here are busy and neglect is possible. Watch your love ones carefully while here.

My sister died there in March of 2024. I had an incident with a staff member speaking to me rudely and condescendingly while on the phone. This happened while our family was at the mortuary taking care of my sister’s plans for her service. I was told she was the person I needed to speak to. Under the circumstances, she could have just forwarded me to the right person without all the attitude. None of the staff I met were like her. Right now we are trying to deal with my sister’s death and questions we have about her care. I am speaking about my feelings. First posted in 2024. Edit was done April 2025. MAY GOD BLESS YOU 🦋🌷🦋🌷
I have been at this facility since March 1,2024. I have Leila Nader as my CNA she is so awesome. Leila is so caring and respectful. Very helpful and is always making sure my needs are taking care of in a timely manner.
I’ve been at Del Rosa Villa for six weeks and have been very happy with the people and services provided. I’m especially impressed with CNA attendants Ms Leila Nader and Ms Fang. Extremely courteous and caring. They really try to make you as comfortable as possible. Terry C.
This place is a great place to put your family member in the staff is great 24/7 care the food is great to they take care of you like family

We had my mother here for about a year and we can surely say this is one of the worst senior homes she’s ever been in, they neglected, starved her, and would leave her in a dirty diaper for hours and even did so when my family or I were present. There’s been countless times where I had been visiting and I’m asking for a diaper or I press the call button and they never come. If they don’t give her the attention that’s being asked when we are around we could only imagine how much worse it is when we aren’t. This place should close down because they don’t care for the seniors or there well being.

VERY BAD SERVICE HERE, THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE EMERGENCY CORD , THEY WILL COME 5 HOURS LATER TO CHANGE PAMPER TO ASSIST YOU , WHEN YOU CALL ADMINISTRATION MEMBERS THEY DONT WANT TO ANSWER , bBUT THEY RESFISE SAYING THEY ARE BUSY , I CALL LATER AND STILL BUSY IN MEETINGS LUNCH CHANGE OF SHIFT ETC ETC ALOT OF EXCUSES .
